Priority Open Positions

We are actively hiring for the following positions in Pinellas County (St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Pinellas Park, Largo, and Seminole):

Speech-Language Pathologist (Pinellas County)

We’re looking for a Speech Therapist who loves working with babies and toddlers and wants to join a fun, flexible, and collaborative team. Forget spending your days working on R sounds and articulation drills! If you’re ready to work with young children in an early intervention setting—helping them meet their communication milestones in the most playful and exciting ways—this is your ideal position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Early Intervention: Help babies and toddlers develop essential communication skills through fun, interactive, and evidence-based speech therapy techniques.
  • Home Health: Provide therapy in the comfort of the child’s home, creating a safe and engaging environment for them to learn and grow.
  • Flexible Schedule: Work as many or as few hours as you’d like (we just ask for a minimum of 15 hours per week), and set your own schedule. You’re the boss of your time!
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, co-treatments, and collaborative discussions with a team of professionals to ensure each child receives the best possible care.
  • Progress Tracking: Work closely with families to track progress and adjust therapy as needed, always focusing on improving the child’s speech and language skills in a holistic and playful way.
  • Fun & Silliness: You’ll get to do a lot of goofy, fun stuff—because when you’re working with toddlers, every day is a new adventure!

What We’re Looking For

  • Speech Therapist: A licensed and certified speech-language pathologist who’s ready to work with babies and toddlers. If you love the little ones and can’t wait to make therapy fun and engaging for them, this is your dream job!
  • Experience: Experience with pediatric speech therapy is preferred, but we’re really looking for someone with a big heart and passion for early intervention.
  • Flexibility: The ability to create your own schedule and manage your driving distances for home health.
  • Team Player: We’re all about working together, so if you enjoy collaborating with a group of people who support each other’s growth, you’ll fit right in!

What You’ll Get

  • Pay: $55–57 per hour—because we know you’re worth it!
  • Flexibility: Create your own schedule, work as many hours as you want (15 hours minimum), and choose your driving distance for home visits.
  • Paid Meetings: We pay for your time spent in team meetings
  • Paid Training: We want you to grow with us, so we reimburse for training time upon onboarding
  • CEU Reimbursement: After one year, we’ll provide you a stipend towards your continuing education units (CEUs) because your growth is important to us.

We’re looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our awesome team. If you love working with young children (we mean babies and toddlers ONLY, no big kids here), and you’re excited about early intervention and making a real difference in the lives of these kiddos, then this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Early Intervention: Provide personalized therapy to babies and toddlers, helping them build the motor skills, sensory processing, and everyday activities they need to thrive.
  • Flexible Schedule: You choose the hours that work best for you and dictate your driving distance for home visits—because we know you don’t want to be stuck driving all over town.
  • Fun & Playful: Engage with the kiddos in fun activities and therapy sessions (you’ll be amazed at how cute these babies are). This is therapy, but it’s play-based, which makes it both effective and enjoyable for everyone involved.
  • Team Collaboration: Be part of a team approach, participating in interdisciplinary meetings and co-treatments with other therapists to provide the best care possible for our clients.
  • Progress Tracking: Work with families to track the child’s progress and make adjustments as needed to help them develop their skills in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Occupational Therapist: You’re a licensed OT who loves working with young kids, and you’re excited about the opportunity to work exclusively with babies and toddlers.
  • Experience: We prefer someone with a year of treatment experience, but will mentor and train the right candidate
  • Flexibility: You’ll have the freedom to create your own schedule, manage your hours, and decide how far you want to travel for home health visits.
  • Team Player: We work together as a team! You’ll collaborate with other therapists to provide the best outcomes for our kiddos, so if you love teamwork, this is the place for you.
  • Self-Motivation: You’ll be working independently, so you need to be self-driven, organized, and able to manage your time effectively.

What You’ll Get

  • Pay: $55–57 per hour (because you deserve it!)
  • Flexibility: Work as many hours as you want (with a minimum of 15 hours per week) and set your own schedule.
  • Paid Meetings: We pay for your time spent in meetings
  • Paid Training: We want you to grow with us, so we reimburse for training time upon onboarding
  • CEU Reimbursement: After one year, we’ll provide you a stipend towards your continuing education units (CEUs) because your growth is important to us.

We’re looking for a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team and work exclusively with young children in a flexible, fun environment. If you’re excited about early intervention and you want to make a difference in babies’ and toddlers’ lives through physical therapy, then this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Early Intervention: Provide physical therapy to babies and toddlers, focusing on motor skills, balance, strength, and development through play-based therapy.
  • Fun & Engaging: Work with the cutest little kiddos and help them grow through play and fun activities. (This job is all about watching babies meet milestones—and maybe even doing some silly dances along the way!)
  • Flexible Schedule: Set your own hours and choose how many hours you want to work (15-hour minimum). You also get to dictate how far you want to travel for home visits. Your schedule is in your hands!
  • Team Collaboration: Join a team-based approach where we regularly meet and collaborate with other therapists to ensure the best possible care for each child.
  • Client Communication: Work closely with families to track progress, provide updates, and give them the tools to support their child’s physical development.
  • Document Progress: Keep records of services provided, track progress, and ensure we’re on the right track to help the kiddos succeed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Physical Therapist: You’re a licensed PT with a passion for working with babies and toddlers—and you’re eager to dive into the world of early intervention.
  • Experience: While previous experience with pediatric physical therapy is preferred, we’re more focused on your love for working with young children and your enthusiasm for learning!
  • Flexibility: You get to create your own schedule and manage your driving distance for home health visits.
  • Team Player: If you love working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll thrive here. We all work together to give our kiddos the best possible care.
  • Self-Motivation: As a PT, you’ll be working independently, so we need someone who is self-driven and can stay organized while managing their own time.

What You’ll Get

  • Pay: $55–57 per hour (because we know you’re worth it!)
  • Flexibility: Create your own schedule, choose how many hours you want to work (with a minimum of 15 hours per week), and set your driving distance for home visits.
  • Paid Meetings: We believe in the importance of teamwork, so we’ll pay for your time spent in team meetings.
  • Paid Training: We want you to grow with us, so we reimburse for training time upon onboarding
  • CEU Reimbursement: After one year, we’ll provide you a stipend towards your continuing education units (CEUs) because your growth is important to us.
